Returns

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return and return your item(s). Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@insphirea.com. Please include the following information:
- full name
- order number
- which items you want to return

You will receive a response to your return request from us within 2 working days. As soon as you have received a message from us that your return has been approved, your return is ready for shipment.

Items returned to us without first sending an email with a return request will not be accepted.

The return costs are for your own account.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our location. You will then receive confirmation of your return by email.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. In any case, do this within 3 days after you have received the package from us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift vouchers.

Exchange

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union - Cooling-off period of 3 days

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded (the item(s) plus shipping costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
